Wind & Altitude
Correct a sprint time for wind and altitude to its 0-wind, sea-level equivalent.

Above 1000m — altitude-assisted, but still record-eligible (unlike wind-assisted marks).
Uses the "back-of-the-envelope" model from Mureika (2000, arXiv:physics/0006057), derived from a drag-force model of the sprint velocity curve and shown there to closely match Linthorne (1994) and Dapena's field data. A tailwind over +2.0 m/s makes a time wind-assisted and ineligible for records; altitude above 1000 m makes it altitude-assisted, which — unlike wind assistance — still counts. Validated for 50m, 60m, and 100m splits; not extended to 200m, since running part of that distance on a bend introduces effects this model doesn't cover.
